Formulated for both Liqueuer d’expedition & Tirage, MCR is a highly refined grape concentrate that has no phenolics, is pasteurised and sterile filtered. Using MCR in sparkling wine enables the blend to be prepared quickly, uniformly and safely. MCR is composed of only fructose and glucose monomers of grape origin.
